We're so glad you're here — here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing Time

Every order is packed with care and shipped within 2–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

North Carolina orders: $4.99 flat rate
All other U.S. states: $7.99 flat rate
Orders over $100: free shipping, automatically applied at checkout

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, on top of our processing time. Exact delivery estimates will be provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We know how frustrating it is when a package doesn't show up on time. If your order is delayed or you believe it's been lost in transit, reach out to us at hello@shopseventhshore.com and we'll do everything we can to help track it down.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship internationally, but it's something we hope to offer down the road — stay tuned.
